what do you do when you have a judgment?

ok i was in an accident and in the middle of a lawsuite. the doctor that was treating me took mo to court for not paying my bill. but since i was not the one that was in fault in the accident the other person's insurance should have covered it. my attorny offered the doctor a letter of protection but the doctor office refused to take it and i fired that lawyer and got another one. but i am still stuck wit this stupid judgement on my record. and it should not be there. help!!!
