some company try to do money with you, unfortunately?

i receive to day a letter from a credit account it was from a company that i ever here before but i never buy something from them and they ask me to pay the bill about that company ';enchantress compagny'; they sell some nylons stocking. I call the credit company and she tell me that i have to pay...I tell her you going wait long time about the money because i never buy something from them and she can't justifed why they ask me to pay that but i really don't want pay. Is somebody can tell me what i can do for win my point, do i need a lawer for that i don't want lose my credit just for some people who made mistake and i don't want lose my precious time just for that.
