I lost my credit card at the movie theater on Sept 29.
I'm so angry... somebody charged 1500 dollars worth of merchandise from best buy on MY card on Sept 30.
I reported the card missing the second I noticed it was gone which wasn't until oct 4.
I just received my latest bill and although the credit card company said they would withhold charges till after an investigation, I've still been charged for the best buy purchase.
What do I do to minimize the losses? What are the laws and procedures? How can I get the perpetrators and make sure that they do not get away with this?!
